Her father was senior Marathi writer. Her Ph.D. Thesis Topic is – ‘Marathi Rural Literature Movement – Inspiration and Outcome’ ( ‘मराठी ग्रामीण साहित्याची चळवळ – प्रेरणा आणि परिणती‘)
This thesis presents an account of the rural literature movement that her father, a senior Marathi writer and the promoter of the Marathi Rural Literature Movement, Dr. Anand Yadav, continuously carried out throughout Maharashtra from 1975 to 1990, from inspiration to outcome. This thesis has been published in book form with same name.
Currently, Keerti Mulik is teaching at Sir Parashurambhau College, Pune, i.e. S.P. College. He is renowned as a student-loving professor. Earlier, he worked as the Head of the Marathi Department at Dr. Arvind B. Telang Senior College of Camp Education Society for 20 years.
Published more than 10 books in the literary genres of short stories, literary collections, reviews and children’s literature.
Honored with the ‘Ideal Teacher’, ‘Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule’ awards. The book ‘Dr. Anand Yadav: A Literary Journey’ received the Best Marathi Book Literature Award from Apte Vachan Mandir, Ichalkaranji.
‘Bhi.G. Rohmare Award (2018) – Best Rural Literature Creation’, received the book ‘Dr. Anand Yadav: A Literary Journey’. Received the Shrirampur Sahitya Jeevan Gaurav Award (2019) for the book ‘Literature: Form and Development’.
Executive member of Sahityapremi Bhagini Mandal, participated in Stree Sahitya Sammelan, Samarasata Sahitya Sammelan etc.
